It all started in Bergen more than three decades ago, and since then our presence has been established on every continent, serving the most important markets in the world of shipping. More than 2000 TM Master systems have been licensed worldwide, catering to a variety of customers, from the Brazilian navy to advanced tankers and offshore vessels.

The company has now more than 50 employees, and are growing fast. The software development is mainly conducted at our main office in Bergen, strongly supported by our developer team in St. Petersburg, Russia. Its main product is the TM Master software suite. Based on a thousand years of Norwegian shipping knowledge, our product range includes systems for planned maintenance, procurement, crew management and quality & environment. Our philosophy is simple: The TM Master system should help you increase operational efficiency, control and safety, while remain the most user friendly fleet management system on the market.

TM Master is in daily use on 38 of the vessels in the fleet of Knutsen OAS Shipping. All data from the ships is automatically replicated to the office, where it is monitored by the maintenance department.

Tidewater has a range of specialised platform supply vessels. The company operates internationally as well as in the North Sea, and has been a customer of Tero Marine since the beginning of year 2000 when they were called Gulfmark. 

Eidesvik is a future oriented and innovative shipping company that operates vessels within supply, seismic and subsea. Tero Marine had a central and advisory role in the process of standardizing Eidesvik’s databases.

Subsea 7 operates one of the world’s most versatile fleets, comprising high-specification pipelay, construction, remote intervention and diving support vessels. Tero Marine had a central role in the database conversion of 15 vessels in the Subsea 7 fleet.
